The Lucy Faithfull Foundation

Stop it Now! UK and Ireland is a child sexual abuse prevention campaign and Helpline. It is run by the Lucy Faithfull Foundation, the only UK-wide child protection charity dedicated solely to reducing the risk of children being sexually abused.

We support adults to play their part in prevention through providing sound information, educating members of the public, training those who work with children and families and running our Freephone confidential Helpline.

Stop it Now! Scotland is an innovative Scottish charity which aims to prevent child sexual abuse through building public confidence in recognising and responding to concerns about the sexual abuse and exploitation of children. We also provide support services to individuals and their families with problematic sexual thoughts and those who may be at risk of sexual offending. We use a public education approach and promote practical messages about child protection via the media, literature, a national Helpline and a variety of projects.
