Borderlands Partnership

The Borderlands Partnership brings together the five neighbouring local authorities along the English/Scottish border covering Cumberland Council, Dumfries and Galloway Council, Northumberland County Council, Scottish Borders Council and Westmorland and Furness Council.

We work collectively to support economic growth and prosperity in our area by increasing our productivity, working-age population and the vibrancy of our places. We are currently delivering over £452m of investment through the Borderlands Inclusive Growth Deal with programmes of investment across, places, natural capital, digital and energy as well as stand alone projects.
