Care Assistant - Banchory

At Ann Inspired Care we have a personal insight into care at home.

We are are local company motivated by the desire to maintain independence and allow clients to remain within their home environment for as long as possible.

We want to deliver a service that provides a high standard of care whilst meeting the individual needs of each Client.

We will pay you from the start until the end of your shift including any gaps and pay mileage at 35p/mile.

We will provide you with some of the best rates of pay in the North East (£11.30 per hour week days and £13.00 per hour at weekends)

All employees are provided with contracts which include holiday pay.

All employees are offered our company pension.

 Your role will include:

-Assisting clients with their personal care. A wash, a shower or assistance to have a bath.

-Assisting clients to get dressed and changed into nightwear.

-Assisting clients will meal preparation.

-Assisting clients with their medications.

-Providing company and social support to your clients.

Training:

-Experience is not essential as all staff are provided with a fully comprehensive induction followed by supervision until confident and competent.

-We always ensure that all staff receive the required moving and handling training.

-We will offer you support to gain SVQ qualifications.

We will commit to supporting staff to complete the skilled level upon starting with us

-We always appreciate you coming to us with training suggestions. If you feel that you require additional support, we will provide you with that support. If there is training that you and the team feel would be beneficial to you and your clients we will provide it.
