About the role

Due to continued growth within the organisation, we are currently recruiting for three Team Leaders to enhance our care at home management team. We are looking for caring individuals who are enthusiastic, positive thinking and will promote effective leadership, instruction and supervision to all Home Support Workers. Supervise the delivery of care, and ensure detailed care plans meet the individual needs of the service user, and that the quality of care meets the highest standards.

About you

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience within the care sector, and hold an SVQ level 2 (SCQF level 6) or SVQ 3 (SCQF level 7) qualification in Health & Social Care or at least be working towards achieving these qualifications.

You will know how to connect with people and be passionate about supporting people to live independently, naturally it is important too that you share our company values, compassion, dignity, integrity, collaboration and resilience which are at the heart of everything we do and ensure we deliver high quality, consistent care and support.
