Are you looking for a new challenge within care? Our North Lanarkshire service in Motherwell and Bellshill is hiring for Community Living Assistants who share our values!

Within North Lanarkshire, Capability Scotland has a Community Enabling service (Care at Home), through which we support our customers with day to day tasks and to achieve their outcomes.

Working for us no two days will be the same as you work with various customers supporting them to access what they enjoy both in their own homes and in the community.

About the Role

If you are someone who is passionate about assisting others to live full and happy lives, we want to hear from you!

While experience is great, we are really looking for people with the right values. You should have excellent communication skills and be flexible and empathetic.

A driver’s license is essential so please confirm, when applying, that you have it.

Due to specific customers' requirements we are looking for female candidates only at this time.

We have available full time, part-time and relief positions.

Our services are based in Motherwell, Wishaw, Bellshill, Shotts, Airdrie and Coatbridge.
