HR Business Partner

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to help us improve our working practices and to support other Business Partners deliver for the business. The Human Resources department aims to guide managers to ensure the smooth running of our services. As part of the team the successful applicant will have the opportunity to make a real difference.

This post is maternity cover for one of our existing HR Business Partners with an expected end date of June 2022.

What will you do?

• Provide business partner guidance on all areas of HR work and service work
• Identify opportunities that progress the business objectives
• Proactively pre-empt potential issues before they progress
• Roll out processes and associated changes across the services
• Work closely with managers to ensure the best people are recruited
• Ensure that we are sharing good practice and addressing any work performance issues promptly
• Analyse monthly reports and work with management to make improvements.

What will you bring?

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role
• MCIPD / Postgraduate Diploma or equivalent in HRM
• Proactive attitude with a preference for action
• An ability to engage with people
• Able to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills.
