Support Practitioner - Sutherland & the surrounding areas (Respite Service)

Why not join our Home-based Respite team in Sutherland & the surrounding areas with various, flexible shifts on offer, gaining valuable experience within different settings?

The Sutherland Home-Based Respite Service provides short term relief for primary care givers; this is usually in blocks of 2-4 hours and to provide greater flexibility to work around your other commitments. Sleepovers and waking night shifts also available; waking night shifts include an additional payment of £4 per shift.

We are interested in what you are like as a person, and what values you can bring. If they match ours, we are convinced that our training and ongoing support will make you into an excellent Support Practitioner. Of course, if you have experience in a similar role, we will value that experience.

We welcome applications from any candidates already eligible to work in the UK or those that can apply for a visa granting permission to work in the UK (e.g. dependent visas, ancestry etc.) that do not require sponsorship from Carr Gomm.
