​​​​​​​As the person we support has his own car it is essential that you hold a full UK, driving licence.


The Role


As a Support Practitioner, you'll play an important part in our team, ensuring that we provide the best care and support possible. The main purpose of your role will be to support individuals who have a disability and/or additional support needs with all aspects of their daily living, e.g. shopping, finances, cooking, medication, household tasks and personal care.


This role will be supporting two gentlemen on a double cover. ​​​​​​​N is a charming gent who has a massive love for chocolate and would choose chocolate over any other type of food. On a nice day, N enjoys spending time in the garden listening to Gerry Cinnamon or going walks in his wheelchair. N loves company, but also enjoys spending time alone in his own room with his sensory lights on.

The other gent you will be supporting is a man of few needs and wants and enjoys nothing more than some peace and quiet. W enjoys quiet surroundings and likes to relax in his room with his sensory lights on while stretching out on his bed. He also likes to go for drives in the car and enjoys visiting new places that aren't too noisy.

  • Caring and compassionate

  • Great with communication and have good organisational skills
  • Positive with a willingness to learn
  • Creative, with a drive to improve the lives of the individuals you support
  • Confident in the use of computers
  • Able to drive nd have a full UK driving licence


Shift Patterns


Our dedicated team provide tailored 2:1 support 24/7. Shifts are 8am - 10pm and will include a sleepover, depending on the rota this could include a 8am - 10pm the following day.


​​​​​​​Our sleepover shifts do not form part of your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional payment of £105 per sleepover.
