The great thing about our relief contracts is they give you flexibility; you tell us when you're available and we would then try to give you shifts to fit. ​​​​​​​


The Role


As a member of our relief team, you'll help us to make sure that we continue to deliver excellent care and support during times of colleague annual leave, training and absence.


As a Support Practitioner, you will support day to day personal needs including meal planning, cooking, housework, support to appointments and prompting with personal care and medication. We are looking for people who'll be enthusiastic about participating and supporting with hobbies and interests including the gym, football, meeting with friends.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
