Support Practitioner - Elgin

The Role

The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same. Your main aim will be to provide support two fun loving gentlemen to live in their own shared home. You'll assist them with all aspects of her daily life including finances, cooking, housework & personal care. We'll also need you to be enthusiastic about supporting them with hobbies and interests too, these include football, quizzing, days out, being outdoors and boats.

About You

Don't have experience, don't worry, here at Cornerstone we recruit on values and transferrable skills. It's not about what experience and qualifications you have, we're interested in what you as an individual will bring to our team. We'll pay you for your training and will even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) too!

• A caring and compassionate attitude

• Good communication and organisational skills
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn​​​​​​
• Confidence in the use of computers

It would be great if you also have:-

• A full UK driving license as one of the gentleman has their own mobility car

​​​​​​​Shift Patterns

As we are dedicated to providing around the clock support that is tailored to the needs of each individual, shift patterns for this service will involve working early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, sleepovers and public holidays.​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​Our sleepovers are not included in your contracted hours, you will receive an additional £84 for every sleepover shift worked.
