Our Homecare service provides care at home and in the community to those who need extra support with daily living. We are a leading care provider to all age groups from birth onwards and to those with complex care needs.

Our experienced staff will work with you to design a personalised care plan to optimise your budget and fulfil your priorities. Your ideal care plan may comprise support at home, at our in-house activity space, out in the community or a combination of options. We aim to maximise your health & wellbeing, encourage you to achieve personal aspirations, promote your independence and prevent unplanned admission into care.

WHO WE SUPPORT

We support anyone who requires additional support with daily living including babies & children through to the elderly and those needing end-of-life care. We are here for you if you have complex care and condition-specific needs, learning and physical disabilities, dementia, autism, mental health issues, addiction, frailty or any other long-term condition. We will ensure that your child’s outcome-based support plan achieves highly against SHANARRI wellbeing indicators.

Our Homecare service is monitored by the Care Inspectorate and registered with the Scottish Social Services Council. All services are delivered in accordance with Health & Social Care Standards ensuring your experience with us represents best practice and quality service.
