We are currently seeking Support Workers to join our Support at Home team, Day Outreach team and ‘My Choice My break’ team based in Edinburgh. Pay rate is £10.95 per hour PLUS an enhancement of £2.50 between 5pm and 7am Monday to Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday until 7am Monday morning.

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide a high level of care and support to vulnerable people, enabling them to live the life they choose. You will assist with daily tasks including personal care, medication and assistance at mealtimes, motivating and encouraging choice and participation. Experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant or Healthcare Assistant is desirable but not essential as we offer an excellent training and induction programme to get you fully trained in your new role!

Through our ‘My Choice My Break’ and our community-based Day Outreach service, we support individuals to make choices, to fulfil their interests and provide valuable leisure time. Our Day outreach service includes shifts between Monday and Friday, 0845 – 1530, and our ‘My choice My break’ service involves holidays away from home as well as a number of guaranteed hours.

Our Support at Home team provides individuals with up to 24-hour support in their own homes as well as community-based outreach to enable our customers to live independently and to get more out of life. Sleepovers will be required.
