Support Worker

If so, we invite you to join our Supported Living, Day Support or Care Homes team and become a part of something truly special! We currently have a variety of full-time and part-time shifts available. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role.

Our Fife services are based in the Glenrothes area and encompass Supported Living, Care Homes and Day Support services. As a Support Worker, you will hold a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and support to individuals, enabling them to exercise their choices and live life to its fullest. Your duties will involve aiding with personal care, managing medications, providing mealtime support, and fostering independence and engagement. While prior experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant is advantageous, it's not mandatory, as we provide an excellent training and induction program to thoroughly prepare you for your new position.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families.
• Ideally have personal care experience (not essential).
• Be able to work under pressure and as a team.
• Flexibility to work within rostered hours / prepared to participate in an on-call rota where required.
