We’re one of the most diverse providers of social care and support for vulnerable people in Glasgow, West Central Scotland and beyond. At any one time we will typically run around 40 different types of projects, delivering support to over 1,500 individuals, their families and communities.
Our Twechar Project based in the village of Twechar, provides residential short breaks for adults with a learning disability who reside in the East Dunbartonshire area. It is based in a high specification purpose-built house. The service can accommodate five people and includes a self-contained flat for individuals who are working towards more independent living.
We are looking to recruit a Project Worker Nights who is motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to effectively ensure that they support the team to deliver safe, compassionate and high-quality support to the individuals who use the service.
Shift working, including evenings and weekends, is a requirement of the post.
If successful but unqualified, you will have to work towards a suitable qualification for a post at this level, in line with the SSSC Regulatory requirements but don’t worry we will support you with this.
