We’re one of the most diverse providers of social care and support for vulnerable people in Glasgow, West Central Scotland and beyond. At any one time we will typically run around 40 different types of projects, delivering support to over 1,500 individuals, their families and communities.

Our West End Project is based in the Castlehill area of Dumbarton. The service offers Day/ Evening Opportunities and an Outreach Service for adults with varying degrees of physical disabilities, who are experiencing social isolation.

The project aims to empower individuals to make decisions, increase their independence, develop social networks and enhance their quality of life. As such, the staff team-work flexible hours to meet the individual support needs of the people who use the service.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Project Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering high-quality person-centred support plans, contributing to positive outcomes for the individuals we support, whilst promoting therapeutic and recreational activities. You must be willing to undertake regular shift work as required.

If successful but unqualified, you will have to work towards a suitable qualification for a post at this level, in line with the SSSC Regulatory requirements but don’t worry we will support you with this.

We value our staff very highly. Alongside competitive terms and conditions we also offer membership of a great employee benefits’ scheme with fantastic shopping discounts, a credit union and workplace pension plus numerous training and development opportunities, including SVQ registration level qualifications.

If you are interested in applying for this position, please complete and submit a My Profile Form which can be found at the below link.
