Support worker (private service)

Care Worker for Private Service

£12 Per Hour

Our premium rate private service is designed to attract the highest quality carers in the Fife area.

All Hours Paid Including Travel Time

You will be paid for all hours worked including time in between clients.

Work Phone Provided

You will be provided with a work phone and access to high quality communication technology to make sure you always have all the information you need to carry out your job to the highest standards.

Immediate access to SVQ2 and SVQ3 Training

Oran Care are now registered as an official SVQ provider. You will have instant access to SVQ level 2 and 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care which you can do whilst working. These are essential qualifications if you want to build and progress in your care career.

Round the Clock Management Support

Our management are available to support you wherever necessary. You will also have assigned supervisors to contact at all times. Additional support is available in the form of ongoing training and supervisions as well as weekly video updates and company podcasts that you can access and get involved in.

Requirements:

Candidate must have a minimum of 18 months experience with a single previous care company. References must show no disciplinary action and low absence rates. Driving Licence Required.

You must be caring, compassionate, and truly dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to all clients. A positive attitude with both clients and colleagues, good time keeping, and ability to address problems and tackle issues as part of a wider team effort is essential.
