To assist people who use the service to establish and maintain a meaningful and fulfilling life in the community. Recovery Practitioners play a central role in the planning and provision of quality, recovery focused support to people who use the service.
Papermill Gardens delivers a high-quality Housing Support and Care at Home Service for adults with severe and enduring mental health challenges. Supporting 11 individuals in their own tenancies, the Service operates on a 24/7 basis with the aim of equipping people with the skills needed to live independently and meaningfully within the local community.
A strength based coaching approach to recovery is used to build confidence, maintain motivation and promote resilience. Promoting participation and inclusion is a core value of the Service, through working alongside people to deliver innovative, creative and personalised interventions and opportunities.
