The Human Resources function is looking for an HR Advisor, who will work in partnership with operational management to provide professional customer focused HR support. This is an excellent role for existing HR Administrators/HR Assistants to take next step up to HR Advisor level.

The HR advisor will manage a caseload ensuring that the organisational HR policy and practice is adhered to. A particular focus of the role will primarily be the management of absence in accordance with the organisation`s absence management policy.

The post holder will have previous experience in an HR environment, preferably with an understanding of the Care Sector. You will have excellent planning, time management and organisational skills as well as the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

You will ideally have a CIPD Qualification (Certificate in Personnel Practice or equivalent) or be willing to work towards this qualification.

The role is currently home based, however, at times travel to our Head office in Stepps or other local offices will be necessary. Therefore, applicants should be within commutable distance to our Head office in Stepps. There will be flexibility once the restrictions are eased and the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to state their preference between being based at home permanently or within our Head Office in Stepps.
