We have a great opportunity within The Richmond Fellowship Scotland for a Team Manager to join our dynamic management team in South Lanarkshire.

We are particularly interested managers with a strong background in Mental Health services. The portfolio of services you will be responsible for includes a range of sector leading mental health services including delivering Distress Brief Intervention services as part of the Scottish Government pilot.

The services you would be responsible for include community integration, group work, a specialist mental health care home and supported living services.

As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for creating effective relationships with stakeholders, as well as ensuring TRFS is effectively represented within key partnership forums. You will contribute to the strategic development and management of existing services, ensuring they meet and exceed regulatory requirements, while assisting the Area Manager to develop and implement strategic planning in line with the programme of continual development in both practice and policy.

Previous experience in management within a care setting and supporting individuals with a wide range of support needs is essential.

We have an office bases in Hamilton and East Kilbride, but home-based working is also an option for this post. As services are dispersed across all of South Lanarkshire a full driving licence and access to a car is essential for this post.

You will be required to have a relevant qualification for the post as defined by the SSSC - an SVQ level 4 in Care / Management.
