Thistle’s self-organised teams support individuals, families and communities to maximise their potential and achieve the best possible quality of life.

As part of a pioneering organisational change programme successful candidates will provide coaching support to enable self-organised teams to plan and deliver effective person-centred support for people and their families. You will model work practices consistent with a common set of person-centred behaviours and work collaboratively to support teams to build highly effective relationships with people and their families. You will facilitate teams to self-organise and make decisions autonomously within a clear framework of accountability. You will be skilled in question driven coaching approaches, person-centred working and have experience of supporting teams to build capacity to work autonomously.

The work you do to support teams will result in people with disabilities achieving the things that matter most to them in their lives.
