Bank Supported Housing Worker

Trust has an great opportunity for a Bank Supported Housing Worker to join our team to cover shifts at our development at Whitelaw Court, Dunfermline on an ad-hoc basis to cover for staff training, holidays and other absences.

In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as a Bank Supported Housing Worker we will offer you: -

What we’re looking for in our Bank Support Workers:

You’ll be working with our tenants to make sure they receive the support identified in their personal plan ensuring they continue to enjoy as much independence as possible. It’ll be rewarding looking after those who rely on the support and dedication you’ll bring to this important role.

Support Worker Skills and Experience:

Ideally, you will have an appropriate qualification in Health & Social Care and previous experience of working with older people or other vulnerable members of a community, so you will understand their needs and know how to meet these. If you are successful in joining our team we can provide you with fantastic opportunities to develop your experience or enhance your career in social care and assist with your ongoing continued personal development.
