Development Assistant

Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Development Assistant to join our team at Germiston Crescent, East Kilbride.

In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as a Development Assistant we will offer you: -

• 10 contracted hours per week
• Week 1: Mon/Tues & Week 2: Thur/Fri, 12.30pm – 5.30pm
• Competitive hourly rate of £10.42 per hour plus a pay award pending April 2024

• Option to work additional bank cover hours via our agency

What we’re looking for in our Development Assistant:

You will ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the development including kitchens and dining rooms. You will assist with food preparation, cleaning and the delivery of meals to tenants.

Development Assistant Skills and Experience:

You should have a warm, friendly personality, an understanding attitude towards older people and an ability to work well on your own initiative. You should also have or be willing to attain a REHIS certificate in Elementary Food Hygiene.
