We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Finance Administrator to join the team on a Fixed Term 12 month contract. This role is on a Hybrid basis of home/office working.
What we’re looking for:
Do you have experience working in a purchase ledger function, processing supplier invoices and payments, reconciling supplier statements and resolving payment queries. Do you have experience setting up new suppliers and maintaining up to date supplier information?
Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you will play a key role in the Trust Finance Team, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and suppliers are paid on time.
You must be data driven with an eye for detail. You must be organised and able to deliver and prioritise your own workload.
You must have good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
You should have experience of contributing to the performance of a successful team, with a focus on delivery and continuous improvement
