Monday – Wednesday 20hrs a week – office based

Wednesday – Friday 20hrs a week – office based

About the role:

Stoneside short breaks is a short-term residential service for people with a variety of learning difficulties and challenging behaviours.

You'll do this by:

  • Providing a range of administrative and front of house services utilising organisational policies, procedures and digital systems and providing a professional front of house service to welcome internal and external visitors.
  • Keeping staff records up to date, from contractual changes, payroll to training records.
  • Producing, written and financial reports for management, including formatting of information and data, which is consistent with organisational and regulatory standards.
  • Managing project budgets, work request orders, stationary orders, petty cash handling and reconciliation.

What we need from you:

  • Business Administration S/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification or work experience.
  • To take responsibility for a project or task and deliver within agreed timescales.
  • To work within a team environment, demonstrating tact and diplomacy with other members of staff and where necessary to direct and guide.
  • Effective communication written and oral to a range of different personnel.
  • Proven track record of liaising with senior external stakeholders to co-ordinate key activities.
  • To take responsibility for a project or task and deliver within agreed timescales.
