Blackhall Playgroup have an exciting opportunity for a part time Early Years practitioner to join our team.
We are seeking an Early Years Practitioner to work in our highly regarded community playgroup. The playgroup provides early learning and childcare in a quality play based indoor environment for children from their 2nd birthday.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12.30pm - during term-time
plus 5 in-service days.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, committed, warm and caring and will have several years experience of working with children aged 2-4. You must enjoy working in a small team and display initiative in supporting children’s learning and wellbeing through child centred play.
You will hold/be working towards/be willing to undertake an SVQ Level 3 or HNC in Childcare. Membership of the PVG scheme and registration with the SSSC are required for this post
