Hayshead Playgroup provides early learning and childcare in partnership with Angus Council, term time only. As a member of the Early Years team you will work to support the provision of a high quality learning environment for all children promoting challenge, curiosity and creativity.
This position requires registration with the SSSC. The successful candidate will have six months from commencement in this post to register with the SSSC. If you are already registered with SSSC you will be required to add Hayshead Playgroup to your account.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Hayshead Playgroup.
The standard working hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday 8.30 – 3.00 (These may be subject to change).
We are looking for someone who preferably has previous experience of working with children.
