Location:  Units 3 - 4, Whitemyres Avenue

Duration:  Permanent, Full Time

 

This position will be based primarily at the Joint Equipment Store, which provides community equipment for the people of Aberdeen City. You will assist in the maintenance and refurbishment of equipment. You will assist with general tasks in the Joint Equipment Store. You will provide a delivery and collection service of community equipment within Aberdeen.

Requirements

The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:

Full current UK driving licence

PVG

 

Responsibilities

The post holder is expected to demonstrate:

The ability to communicate effectively with people

Good DIY skills

The ability to work autonomously and be accountable, while at the same time recognising when matters need to be referred to a more senior manager

Ability to lift and handle equipment

Ability to manoeuvre large vehicles

Ability to take minutes

Ability to manage others diaries
