Living in Aberdeenshire
Aberdeenshire has come top in a recent Bank of Scotland ‘Quality of Life’ survey for employment, housing, environment, education and health to make us the best place to live in Scotland.
Aberdeenshire boasts stunning scenery and for those who enjoy the outdoors there is a range of sporting activities on offer from watersports along our miles of sandy beaches, to biking through the mountains and some excellent skiing during the winter. For those who enjoy more sedate pastimes, the area is renowned for its castles, whisky trail and bustling towns.
We're also extremely well connected with a busy international airport connecting the area with all the main UK centres and into Europe, as well as regular rail connections into Edinburgh, Glasgow and beyond.
