Homecare Organiser Mull & Islands

Argyll & Bute Council is currently seeking to recruit permanent part time Home Care Organiser covering Mull, Tiree, Colonsay and Coll.

This job involves line management and leadership responsibility for a team of Care at Home Staff to deliver high quality personal care services to vulnerable persons in the community.  You will have responsibility for commissioning care at home supports whilst ensuring, monitoring and developing the quality and delivery of service.  Your role will include reviewing outcomes of support plans being provided to persons in the community and ensuring they are suitable and supportive of individuals to live healthy, active and independent lives.  

We are seeking a highly committed person who can bring an enthusiastic and flexible approach to this important position.  The job requires being able to motivate and manage in rapidly changing situations whilst ensuring the integrity of the service. 

You must have experience of leading and managing staff and be willing to undertake a range of training to enhance your skills in the post including Adult Protection.
