Permanent, full-time Menu Development Assistant required to be responsible for developing compliant menus for all school meals, in line with The Nutritional Requirements for Food and Drink in Schools (Scotland) Regulations 2020 and associated regulations. Responsible for ensuring compliance for early year's, primary and secondary school meals, developing specific meals for people with both medically prescribed and non-medically prescribed dietary requirements. Also responsible for providing support to catering managers and schools when required to ensure that menu compliance is in place.
35 hours per week to be worked on Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm - hybrid.
