Councils are amazing organisations, at the heart of our communities’ lives. We are looking for a motivated, inspiring communications professional to play a key role in progressing our five year change programme.

This is your chance to work with services across our award-winning council, as part of Scotland’s In-house Team of the Year 2022 (PRCA).

You will use your skills to facilitate new organisational working practices that will support the council and employees in meeting future challenges. 23 month contract.

Your role is to inform, engage and support council services in delivering a 5-year change programme; changing how we work to meet key challenges for the council and area, by delivering a proactive, effective communication and engagement service. You will do this by delivering a proactive, effective communication and engagement service that includes and supports employees from all services in developing and delivering change that works for employees and our communities. A Relevant degree or equivalent vocational qualification in related discipline is essential.
