Research Assistant. Educational Psychologist Team.
The Educational Psychology Service (EPS) are looking to recruit a part time research assistant to support joint work between the EPS and the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) to provide a range of evidence based preventative and early interventions to young people, parents, and carers.
The research assistant, in collaboration with the wider EPS team, will:
- Enhance collaboration across the EPS and CAMHS.
- Support the effective implementation of interventions.
- Support the collection and collation of evaluation data from the various interventions.
- Support high quality reporting on outcomes.

- This post is suitable for job share.
- This post requires Protection of Vulnerable Group (PVG) Membership in relation to working with children.
- This is a temporary post which may be filled on a secondment basis by an employee wishing to gain experience/career development and will be at the discretion of the employee’s director.
- The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013, as amended, applies to this post.
- The salary shown is the full time equivalent salary, the actual salary will be paid pro rata for the hours worked.
- Pay award pending.
