Salary: £22,185 - £24,590 per year (pro rata for part time)
Hours: 15 per week (Mon – Fri, 6pm – 9pm)
52 week contract
Permanent/part time
We are recruiting a motivated and driven individual to undertake the day to day facilities management role in janitorial, the work will range from small repairs and general maintenance to reactive cleaning when needed, supporting internal moves and conducting basic security functions opening and closing buildings.
You will need good DIY skills and have basic IT knowledge, You must be customer focused at all times.
This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by the City of Edinburgh Council.
