Permanent Supervisory Assistant (Playground)
Corstorphine Primary School

Salary: £21,133 - £21,434 per year (pro-rata for part-time and sessional)
Hours: 7.5 per week

Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 12pm to 1:30pm and Friday 10:00am to 11:30pm

Please see the attached job description for full details on the role, but duties will include:

- Supervision of pupils in the dining hall, playground areas and school
premises
- Ancillary associated duties (e.g. cleaning up spillages, ensuring tables are
clean etc.)
- To ensure the maintenance of good order and discipline.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by the City of Edinburgh Council.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
