🎯 Who We’re Looking For:

You’re a graduate (within the last 18 months) who:

✅ Is ambitious, adaptable, and ready to learn

✅ Has a connection to Dumfries & Galloway through either:

• Living here
• Studying at a local school or university
• Having family in the region

✅ Loves solving problems, collaborating, and making an impact

✅ Can research, write well, present confidently, and navigate digital tools
