Job Description
Leisure & Culture Dundee is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) SC042421. It was established by Dundee City Council in July 2011 to deliver leisure, sports, library, information and cultural services for the city.

You will assist in the provision of an efficient, responsive and courteous service to users of Camperdown Wildlife Centre’s facilities, including security, cleaning, routine minor maintenance, reception, retail and admissions, IT use, and education activities. Based at Camperdown Wildlife Centre and working Monday to Sunday on a shift pattern covering 26 hours per week.Requirements
2 National 4 passes, or equivalent.Responsibilities
You will be required to be a part of a professional team to deliver an efficient, responsive and courteous service to all users of Camperdown Wildlife Centre’s facilities, including reception, retail and admissions, security, cleaning, routine minor maintenance, IT use, and education activities assistance.The Individual
You will have experience of working with the public, good communication skills and have good Customer care skills. You will have experience of manual handling and Building security.
You will also have good communication skills and the ability to work unsupervised. You will be a good team player and have the ability to deal with challenging behaviour.
Weekend working is a requirement as part of a rota system, as is the ability to work out of hours callout rota.
