Job Details

Responsible for the supervision of a team of craft workers to deliver housing responsive repairs and void management services and the detailed planning and delivery of capital improvement and modernisation work, maximising efficiency of service delivery within specific standards and approved budgets and in compliance with the Council’s policies and plans with a commitment to achieve best value.

Job Requirements

Relevant Qualifications
Relevant HNC/SVQ3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline and/or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through previous experience.
or
Time served modern apprenticeship in Joinery (or equivalent) and passed skills test.

Driving Licence 
As the duties of this role require you to effectively travel to successfully undertake the full remit of the role, you must hold a current driving licence and have access to a vehicle.*
