To organise and supervise the activities of Street Cleansing and Grounds Maintenance to provide a customer focused service delivery.
The post holder will have a HNC in Land & Environment or equivalent.
You will require a range of skills including interpersonal and report writing skills. Good computer skills are also required together with familiarity with relevant software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
The provision of this service is a high profile matter and attracts public scrutiny at all times. The service is therefore required to be flexible, innovative and reactive to public demands and pressures. The effectiveness of service delivery can affect the public’s confidence in the provision of all Council Services.
