We are looking for...

An experienced, motivated, and ambitious practitioner to lead and support service delivery and provide high quality support and supervision to team members in our Integrated Mental Health Team.

You will need to have experience working with Adults (over 16) who experience enduring Mental Health issues, you will have knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and guidance relating to Mental Health, Adult Support and Protection, AWI, Self-Directed Support and Carers, together with an ability to assess and manage risk. You will also be an experienced Mental Health Officer.

The Team Manager will work as part of the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership Management Team to deliver services in line with the vision, values, legislation, policies and procedures for Health and Social Care services, both locally and nationally.

Applicants must be trained in relevant risk assessment tools, have significant experience in justice social work practice along with experience of supervising and managing workers.
