Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is looking to appoint an experienced and motivated officer to support their equalities and human rights work. This is a new post and will provide an excellent opportunity to provide support and assistance to the respective Senior Management Teams and services.
You will provide policy advice, guidance and support on equality, diversity and human rights issues and work with services to support and ensure compliance with statutory legislation and guidance. You will conduct research, data collection and gather evidence that will support the implementation of equality objectives.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to prioritise and work under your own initiative.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out a Disclosure Scotland check.
