3 exciting opportunities have arisen for full-time Housing with Care Managers (Glenfuir, Dorrator and Tygetshaugh) within the Housing with Care Service.
As a Housing with Care Manager, you will be required to meet with and assess the level of need of service users who have applied to move in to Housing with Care complex and to organise packages of care to meet the assessed need.
You must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels taking into account the variety of complex and sensitive situations that occur within the organisation. You must have the ability to prioritise your workload and respond in a positive manner to change within the Care and Support at Home Service in general and Housing with Care in particular.
The contracted hours of the post are 37 hours per week; with the current shift times being 9am until 4.54pm (includes 30-minute unpaid break) Monday-Friday.
You must have the ability to be mobile across the Housing with Care Service.
The post will require periods of lone working.
This post is temporary until August 2024 due to service requirement.
