To be a member of the management team providing the day-to-day operational management of the Service in line with policy, procedures, and allocated budgets in providing a service to meet the needs of older adults with Dementia.
To provide leadership, guidance and management to SCO and support workers.
To be responsible for the deployment and work of the staff on a day-to-day basis.
To ensure the staff receive regular supervision and employee development.
To ensure the resources are allocated to meet the needs of the service users and to highlight any gaps to the Team Manager.
To be involved in service developments.
To have experience, Knowledge and skills in Managing a team and working within Older Adults in the community.
The successful candidate must be committed to registering with the SSSC when required.
You must have the ability to be mobile across the Falkirk Council area.
