Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Performance and Information Co-ordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to support projects that work towards the Partnership’s strategic goals. The successful candidate will support the Care at Home Service through co-ordinating the support, maintenance and development of the service IT and information systems, including the roll out of system developments. Your work will contribute to the Care at Home Redesign and service management information reporting.

You will have sound analytical skills and knowledge and experience of current information systems and issues, preferably within a Social Work Service, local authority or health information/research environment. You will develop the service IT infrastructure and information systems to ensure they meet operational needs. You will liaise with stakeholders that include external systems software providers, ICT and other corporate services to develop relevant service level agreements and contracts. You will co-ordinate training on the system, including identification of training needs and arranging suitable training sessions.

You will produce and present regular management information reports and co-ordinate the production of information for statutory and local performance indicators. This will crucially support the Care at Home redesign work and operational service delivery.

You will line manage and support the Systems and Performance Administration Officers who provide first line user support to the system within the service.

You will have a flexible approach and an ability to develop positive working relationships. You will have sound analytical, numeracy and communication skills, be able to work effectively as member of a team and on your own initiative and plan your work to meet deadlines.

If you are the successful candidate for this post you will need a Disclosure Scotland check.
