An experienced, motivated, and ambitious Team Manager to lead and support service delivery, and provide high quality support and supervision to team members in our Court and Early Intervention Team.
The Team Manager will work as part of the Justice Service Management Team to deliver services in line with the vision, values, legislation, policies and procedures for Justice Services, both locally and nationally.
Applicants must be trained in all relevant risk assessment tools, have significant operational experience in justice social work practice along with experience of supervising and managing workers. A working knowledge of practice in relation to court based social work service delivery, including Diversion and Bail Schemes, is required.
