Job Description

City Property (Glasgow) LLP is a well established and successful company providing a highly professional and personal service to Glasgow City Council.  

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer to strengthen and help maintain the high standards within the Valuation and Disposals Team.

The ideal candidate must have an RICS accredited degree and will assist in the valuation, asset management and disposal of operational and non-operational land and property assets as part of the Service City Property (Glasgow) LLP provides to Glasgow City Council and its arm's length organisations (ALEO's).  

As with all posts in City Property there will be a need for cross-functional working and flexibility to deliver the LLP's Business Plan.

You must be self-motivated with good communication skills and be able to work well under pressure within time constraints. This will require working independently and as part of a team.

BSC Land Economics, MSc Real Estate or equivalent general practice surveying degree, MRICS and Registered Valuer
