Job Description

The successful applicant will manage, support and develop the business support and administrative functions within Glasgow City HSCP.  Appointee will supervise a team of clerical admin staff who support the operational delivery and will allocate and review the work of the team which includes managing attendance and performance.  Postholder will assist the Resource Manager in establishing and implementing business processes, systems and structures to support the key functions within the team.  Applicants should have previous supervisory experience; the relevant knowledge and administrative experience to fulfil this role, possess good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
