Job Description

Glasgow Life is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join us on a 35-hour full time, permanent contract. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be joining our in-demand Customer Experience Team. You will be part of a dedicated team which supports Glasgow Sport.

The role
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll be an integral part of the team by assisting in servicing the needs of all existing and prospective customers to a high standard and assist in the development and promotion of Glasgow Club membership and other health and fitness related services and products.
Reporting to Customer Experience Manager and working alongside an established team.
The candidate
If you’re interested in joining us as a Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll need:
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Sound knowledge of digital media
• Microsoft Office (esp. Excel & Word)
• A great attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Our city-wide contracts mean you will be flexible to work in any of our locations.
This role is working flexible 5 days over 7 between the hours of 8am and 8pm
