Position: Depute Head of Nursery, Elmcroft Nursery (52 weeks)
Location: 40 Croftcroighn Rd, Glasgow G33 3SE
Annual Salary: £43,956.89 - £51,154.27 per annum

About the Role: In this role you will support the Head of Nursery with the day-to-day management and leadership of the nursery and support the effective delivery of the service. You will contribute to the strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation and development of the Nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the management of an Early Years establishment.
- Delivering an inclusive and diverse Early Years service that protects and cares for children.
- Support the wellbeing of children, parents/carers and nursery team members.
- Investigating and analysing service delivery and future requirements.
- Contributing to the planning, monitoring and control delegated budgets and identify and access other funds.
What We Seek:
- Substantive experience in a management position within an Early Years setting.
- Leadership qualities at a senior level and excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of supporting the management of children’s curriculum, learning and development at early level.
- Experience in supporting the management of the delivery of strengthening practice within an Early Years setting.
- Relevant qualification.

- Annual Salary of £43,956.89 - £51,154.27 per annum
- 35 hours per week to be worked flexibly on a rota basis between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
