Job Description
The successful applicant will be working in an office based environment.
This will involve assisting Traffic Technicians in the day to day implementation of roads lighting and traffic maintenance and improvement works across the city. While working within a team you will learn about street lighting design, road accident investigation, roads design, maintenance, new developments and develop computer skills to record information.
You may also be asked to gather data and carry out footpath, road and lighting surveys which will involve working on site or at our Roads Depot to assist with monitoring works contractors as required. You will learn about complaint management.
