Job Description
This role is part of Housing & Regeneration Private Sector team within NRS.
This role will liaise with private landlords and tenants to ensure that all houses in multiple occupancy are licensed where required.
This role has an emphasis on improving standards, enforcement and will involve the investigation of complaints, carrying out property inspections to ensure high levels of compliance and, where necessary, translating this into reports for committee and the Procurator Fiscal’s office.
